Ch…Ch…Ch…Ch…Changes.

Friends, Romans, Blogfans. After five years and hundreds of blogs regarding showbiz, movie making, business dealings, and writing, I’ve decided it’s time to push past the myopic focus on showbiz stuff lest I began to repeat and cannibalize myself. Fear not. I’ve not trashed the keyboard. Nor have I quit blogging. I’m merely seguing to posts more attuned to my primary gig, which is a world where crime meets fiction, ergo the name of the new blog, TO LIVE AND DIE IN LUCKYLAND, named (as you might’ve already guessed) after my pulpy protagonist-slash-antihero, Lucky Dey.

The bi-monthly blog will commence within a week or so and will continue to land in your email inbox, Twitter or Facebook feeds, or if you’re The War Department, via me shouting downstairs, “Hey babe. The blog is ready!”

Like my previous blog-work, it’ll be first person, from my own perspective, based on my experiences, views, research, interviews, and general living and breathing the true life and crime that drives my fiction filter. It’s my hope that you will imbibe, comment, converse and share with the same or greater abandon as you did once before, as well as welcome anybody new who might want to wade into my shark-infested pond.

I hate change! I liked the old blog! I don’t know what to do!

Wait, I haven’t even seen the new thingy… Ok, I’ll give you a shot since you did find a way to entertain me on a weekly basis before. I at least owe you that!

Looking forward to the blog’s new direction, Doug. Should be a great complement to the books.
